Fiji Condo No. 2 offers its own governance structure while participating in the greater Fiji at the Oasis community. Its board of directors works to ensure that the condo operates smoothly for all its residents.

Meeting Schedule
Board Meeting Day / Time – normally held on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Oasis Clubhouse (171 NE 3rd Road in Homestead). Note that Fiji Condo No. 1 and Fiji Condo No. 2 normally meet on the same evening following the Fiji at Oasis Neighborhood Association meeting.
GC Meeting Day / Time – Fiji Condo 1 and Fiji Condo 2 normally held on the 4th Wednesday of each month starting at 5:30 PM.
Note: If you are an owner and wish to serve on the Grievance Committee (or any other committee that the Board may appoint), please contact us at fiji@altonmadison.com.
Architectural applications (ACC) are required for any exterior changes that you may wish to make.
